The Aspen Company offers the following Returns Policy: There is a complete money back guarantee on all our pens. If you are not satisfied for any reason just return the pen within 7 days for a different pen or a complete refund. This refund will be credited back to your PayPal Account or your credit card. However, we do not accept returns for personalized engraved items. This is a very liberal return policy because we know you will be satisfied with our products.
Also we "do not" to mark up shipping and handling. What you see in the "estimated shipping charges" during check out are USPS, UPS and FedEx actual charges. You should also know that USPS "Priority Mail" is the most cost effect, convenient way to receive your pen. We will ship it immediately if it's in stock and you should receive it within three days anywhere in the US. However, if you want it quicker there are overnight and second day options in the drop down boxes on the check-out page. If you submit a large order and our system estimates unreasonable shipping charges, please give us a call and we'll arrange a custom shipping package with more precise charges.
