This Black and White Celluloid Combination Pen can be used as a roller ball or a fountain pen. Both nibs and ink systems come with your order. The pen is shipped with the roller ball mechanism installed. However, you can convert it into a fountain pen easily with the enclosed fountain pen medium nib and cartridge ink system. The combination pen is ideal for the person who wants a fountain pen and a roller ball writing system but doesn’t want to purchase two separate barrels. As an option you can order a piston cartridge ink converter (See Accessories). This allows you to use bottled ink. We, however, recommend using both cartridge and piston systems because the cartridges are more convenient for travel. A set will come in a dual wooden box.
