This Aspen Style Roller Ball Pen has a snap cap and is made of Buckeye Burl Wood. The pen has a German Schmidt Ceramic tip and a fine point. The trim is 10K Gold. Schmidt is an ISO 9001 Company and is world renowned for it quality. Refills are readily available from your local office supply store or from YAFA.com on the internet. Buckeye Burl has very unusual grain and is very difficult to make. Because of the grain it must be hand sanded instead of being turned on the lathe.  This roller ball pen can also be converted into a fountain pen.
