This Aspen style Leopard Fountain Pen has a snap cap and is made of Leopard Tru-Stone. Tru-Stone is crushed semi-precious stone mixed with resins. It has a German Iridium nib and a medium point. The ink comes in with a cartridge refill but can be upgraded to a piston plunger for a small additional charge. The piston plunger allows you to refill from an ink bottle giving you a virtually unlimited supply of ink. We still recommend cartridges for travel because they are move convenient to carry and won’t leak. This fountain pen can be converted into a roller ball pen.
