This gorgeous roller ball pen is hand made from Buckeye Burl. It has so many imperfections in the wood it cannot be turned on the lathe. It can only be sanded to protect the grain and the imperfections. This is a very time consuming process but makes a beautiful pen. The pen has a German Schmidt Ceramic tip with a medium point and ink reservoir. Additional refills can be purchased at your local office supply store or on the internet at YAFA.com. The cartridge ink system can be upgraded to a piston converter system for an additional $5.00. This roller ball pen can also be converted into a fountain pen.
