This is a very unusual ball point pen. The nib hides in a Oak enclosure. All you have to do is pull it out of its casing and reverse it for writing. This pen uses "mini refills" and is very convenient to carry in a pocket or a purse. It could also be kept in a glove compartment of a car for quick notes when you don't have your favorite pen with you. It is inexpensive but stylish. I've taken it to the golf course to write golf scores. It's a real conversation piece.
